Here at Chantilly we mix in crunchy peppers, onion, and succulent garlic to make this Mediterranean dish shine with aromatic spices. Eggs Benedict
You might know eggs benedict already. But you certainly don’t know ours…yet. Eggs Benedict at Chantilly is an experience that will send your taste buds flying. Both hearty and delicate, it’s our thoughtful take on the breakfast classic.
We start with the foundation: our spongy homemade brioche buns. Split down the middle and toasted to golden goodness.
Upon the brioche bun we gently lay freshly smoked salmon. Salted, lightly sweet, buttery to no end, it gently melts right into the brioche.
You know what comes next: eggs poached to silky perfection. Sumptuous white outsides, near-liquid inner yolks.
